The founder

I’m Romnie, founder of Atelier Confidence.

I built a career in pediatric hospital medicine and academia. I worked at the nation’s top children’s hospitals, including NewYork‑Presbyterian / Columbia University Medical Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital, and served on the faculty at NYU and Rutgers University.

I moved from hospital medicine to aesthetic medicine to help women feel confident at every stage of their lives. I specialize in facial balancing for natural, never obvious results.

I believe confidence is medicine.
